Summary: ctrl key and backspace don't work with NFS, NIS
Product: Ubuntu
Version: unspecified
Platform: i386
OS/Version: Linux
Status: UNCONFIRMED
Severity: normal
Priority: P2
Component: openoffice.org2
AssignedTo: doko at ubuntu.com
ReportedBy: ltvanhunen at yahoo.ca
QAContact: kubuntu-bugs at lists.ubuntu.com
I have kubuntu breezy badger 510 installed in a lab that uses NIS and NFS.
Without NIS and NFS the control key works. With NIS and NFS the control key
doesn't work and backspace doesn't either. I have downgraded to oo1.15 which
works fine. The bug makes oo unuseable in a classroom, not sure why NIS and NFS
would interfere. The server was running 5.10 as well. Thanks.
