Summary: Adept Manager crashes randomly after installing packages
           Product: Ubuntu
           Version: unspecified
          Platform: i386
        OS/Version: Linux
            Status: UNCONFIRMED
          Severity: normal
          Priority: P2
         Component: adept
        AssignedTo: debzilla at ubuntu.com
        ReportedBy: netzmeister at blumentopferde.info
         QAContact: kubuntu-bugs at lists.ubuntu.com

Using Kubuntu 5.10 on an Athlon XP machine, Adept Manager 1.0 (using KDE 3.4.3)
crashes from time to time after having installed a new package. This time it
crashed after installing the package "knode". I followed these steps:

1. entered "knode" into "Quick Filter" field
2. chose "Install Package" from the package's context menu in the package list
3. clicked on "Commit Changes"

Then the apt-get output was shown until "dpkg run finished!", then it crashed.
knode was installed correctly though. Unfortunately these crashes are never
reproducable. This is the output of the KDE Crash Manager, maybe it helps:
