Amarok can  not save cp1251 encoded (that's win-russian codepage) MP3 tags. That is 
very annoying. Amarok 1.2 was able to do this correct. To reproduce, you should set 
codepage to cp1251 in settings and try to put some russian letters in song name or 
artist. You will see ??????? when you will use this song any other time.
