Maybe OT, but I tried to follow the instructions at
https://wiki.ubuntu.com/DebuggingProgramCrash to give more information about
this bug, but

gave me the following error message:

I've never tried this before so I don't know if it's a bug in kopete, gcc or
just me doing something wrong.
