           Summary: Wrong label "Slaapstand..."
           Product: Ubuntu
           Version: unspecified
          Platform: Other
        OS/Version: other
            Status: UNCONFIRMED
          Severity: normal
          Priority: P2
         Component: klaptopdaemon
        AssignedTo: debzilla at ubuntu.com
        ReportedBy: ubuntu at juerd.nl
         QAContact: kubuntu-bugs at lists.ubuntu.com

The literal translation for slaapstand is sleep mode. I don't know if that's the
original English version. Slaapstand is Dutch.

Firstly, it is wrong because hibernation is not a mode. The mode, if any has to
be mentioned, is "off".

Secondly, the "..." indicates to a non-newbie that a dialog follows, and that no
immediate action is taken. However, here, clicking the menu item immediately
lets the system hibernate. This broke my download.

I suggest that it be changed to "winterslaap", english: "hibernate"
("winterslaap" literally means "winter sleep", "hibernation", because there is
no verb for this word in Dutch.), or "suspend to disk" (I cannot come up with a
good Dutch translation, but consistent would be: "onderbreken naar schijf".

This bug is for all three items, when visible. My suggested alternative may not
make a lot of sense, but please do think of something other than the current
labels, because they are very misleading.
