KDE Control Center --> Power Control --> Laptop Battery --> Button Actions

Panel doesn't distinguish between actions for pressing the power button and
closing the laptop lid.

Typically, I just want the screen to go off when the lid is closed.  I usually
want the machine to keep working.  But I really like to make the power button
start a proper system shutdown.
