I'm use Russian/Russia in the installer.  
I'm pressed 'choose keyboard by pressing keys'(or somthing similiar).  
Installer displays weird sample characters, they look like Latin1. 
 
Looks like problem with codepage. This dialog is not translated to russian. 
 
PS. Kubuntu 5.10 RC install PPC CD.
