The kde control panel (kcontrol) is unusable in Kubuntu Breezy Release
Candidate. First it is not fully translated in french (some parts are
translated, some not). The most ennoying problem is that the position of the
texts, buttons and other widgets are not changed when the window is resized.
Hence, in some configuration option, the button is locate outside of the part of
the window that is visible on the screen. Maybe this is because the french texts
are longer than the english one, and this move the location of some buttons to
the right (but too much).
