I want to set up the keyboard layout using the kde tool. I add my layout, and I want 
to add to it the latin layout, so I can switch between hebrew and english, and for 
some reason the "Include latin layout" is grayed out, and unavailable. 
 
It worked in latest Ubuntu versions, and I see it working also on Debian Etch. I did 
find it also on Knoppix...
