I have a kubuntu'd ubuntu 5.10 install on an iBook. As in #17625, media:/scd0 windows would pop up with an error instead of   
the contents of mounted media. I installed the fix by adding breezy-updates to sources.list && apt-get update && apt-get   
upgrade. Running kde* 4:3.4.3-0ubuntu6 now. Unfortunately, the problem got worse. Konqueror still pops up media:/scd0, but   
it stays empty and "busy" until I unplug the device.
