1. install ubuntu in server mode.
2. install kubuntu-desktop.
3. login to kde.

actual result:
- there is no 'show desktop' icon. nor am i able to enable it or find it anywhere.

expected result:
- 'show desktop' icon should be present. else enabling it should be madde very easy.
