oowriter will stop responding, until I close Konqueror window in which "Online
Help" is displayed. Also, the entire desktop 'hangs', becoming non-clickable,
even though navigating via keyboard still works and the programs (except Writer)
work normally.

Steps to reproduce:
1. open Openoffice.org-writer2 in Kubuntu Breezy
2. Click Help > Get Help Online 
3. Watch konqueror window show up, still covered with the Help menu, and being
non-clickable.
(4) Use keyboard to close Konqueror window.
(5) Things get back to normal
