Ubuntu (kubuntu) | acpi-support
Summary: An option to lock KDE upon system resumption after
hibernate
Product: Ubuntu
Version: unspecified
Platform: i386
OS/Version: Linux
Status: UNCONFIRMED
Keywords: kubuntu
Severity: enhancement
Priority: P2
Component: acpi-support
AssignedTo: thom at ubuntu.com
ReportedBy: khanreaper at nerp.net
QAContact: kubuntu-bugs at lists.ubuntu.com
If I remember correctly, some other suspend package had an option to lock the user's X-Session upon suspend. It
would be nice if Kubuntu were to support such a thing.
Quick rundown:
1.) /etc/acpid/hibernate.sh
2.) [System Hibernates]
3.) [System Restore]
4.) X Session is locked, requiring the user to reauthenticate.
