In all the KDE application, I'm unable to use some of the keys of my keyboard.
For example, if I press the "é" key, I obtain é. This is not the case in any
other application like gnome, firefox, openoffice.

Moreover, In the Konsole, some character are not correctly displayed. For example :
Preconfiguring packages ...
Sélection du paquet kdewallpapers précédemment désélectionné.


I've installed KDE using something like "apt-get install kubuntu-desktop" after
a fresh installation of the bootable CD of the Preview of Hoary in expert mode.
