While using Konqueror I get this message.

"Will not save configuration.
Configuration file "/home/strixy/.kde/share/config/kio_thumbnailrc" not writable.
Please contact your system administrator."

Funny, I didn't have this problem until today and I've been using it for several
weeks now. I am all up to date - though not recently and the last update I had
was for Gaim. The only thing I can think of, going back in what I've been
working on, the last thing I did before this started happening was to right
click on my desk top, select "create new html file". I believe that's when it
started.

I did a little research and the only thing I have come up with is that this is
an ongoing problem with Konqueror. I doubt this is a Kubuntu issue, more an
issue with Konqueror. I started this tracker more for others who may be
searching for it. I searched, but couldn't find anything. If this has already
been reported, my apologies - I thought I had be thorough.
