There are no options for deb files (expect open with Ark) in konqueror. We need
the servicemenu at http://www.kde-apps.org/content/show.php?content=23981 to
have specific actions for Debian packages.

It would add entries to the Action Menu:
Install Package
Uninstall Package
Show Installed Files

Rather than including yet another package in main, the files should be patched
into kdebase.
