In khelpcenter -> Kubuntu Documents -> Kubuntu Release Notes, the table of contents 
links (Introduction, What's New, Downloading and Installing, Upgrade Notes, Reporting 
Problems, and Credits) are broken.  When I click on any of them I get the following 
error... 
 
The requested help file could not be found. Check that you have installed the 
documentation. 
 
I think that the problem is the way the links are set up.  Currently they look like 
so... 
 
<a href="index.html#releasenotes-introduction">Introduction</a> 
 
I think for them to work they need to be like this... 
 
<a href="kreleasenotes.html#releasenotes-introduction">Introduction</a> 
 
The source file for the release notes is located here... 
 
/usr/share/doc/kde/HTML/en/khelpcenter/kubuntu/krelease-notes/C/kreleasenotes.html
