[Bug 10035] Problems on kdelibs-data when upgrading (kubuntu)

This is not a solution. If you create a new user the settings are not the
kubuntu one anymore.
Besides, some features of kubuntu such as the automatic display of the icons
when you plug
an usb device won't work anymore.

I tried to reinstall kubuntu-desktop, aptitude asked me for the kubuntu CD-Rom
for this operation
but it didn't solve the problem.

Does someone found a solution for this ?
