Hi,  
if I want to install hplip according to kynaptic I would have to deinstall kubuntu-desktop.  
This is because kubuntu-desktop relies on an old package o hpijs.  
unbuntu-desktop plans to switch to a new version of hpjs so the conflict is removed. See

Is this also possible for kubuntu-desktop? 
Would be great, because this would simply the usage of HP printers a lot.
