The filepicker item is the same as bug #8357

The following item is missing from the README.

  * Some backported features from the upcoming 2.0 release
        - native widget backport (Gnome & KDE native interface)
          (GNOME and KDE filepickers disabled per default; if you want them
           uncheck the [ ] Use OpenOffice.org dialogs in
           Tools -> Options -> OpenOffice.org -> General)
        - native CUPS printing support
        - native fontconfig font support

For stability reasons, the filepickers aren't yet enabled by default.

The icon set is an intrusive change that touches a lot of files.  It is too late
to do such a sweeping change.

Both of these changes are not in the official OOo 1.1 but are included in 2.0,
which will the default in the next release after hoary.
