This one is a bit hard to reproduce, but I've seen it several times on the March 
30 Kubuntu i386 live cd.  
Start kaffeine, then minimize it to the system tray (by quitting). Then choose the 
"Quit" button in the "Are you sure ... " dialog. 
kaffeine does not quit and begins to hog the CPU (25% user, 75% system).
