I'm still confused. It sounds like you're saying xenial does _not_ have<br>
the kernel fix, but the firmware _should_ be applied to linux-firmware<br>
for xernial, which doesn't make sense. My guess is that you meant to<br>
say, "this should _not_ be applied to xenial." Can you clarify?<br>
