 * Fix in the selftests of powerpc/signal: signal_tm

[ Test Plan ]

 * Build the test and run it on powerpc v9.
 * Verify it runs and pass successfully.

[ Where problems could occur ]

 * Further regression in powerpc hardware selftests.

[ Other Info ]

 * This fix has been included in stable 6.12 / 6.18 / 7.2, which means
 it will end up in Noble and Resolute through stable updates.
 * This fix has been merged upstream which will be included in Stonking.
