[Stonking][PATCH v2 0/2] phy: qcom: edp: Update v8 programming sequence

This is an addition to the Qualcomm HWE PR that got merged earlier this
week in https://lists.ubuntu.com/archives/kernel-team/2026-September/172091.html

It turns out that some of the devices we received (HP Elitebook X G2q) this
series is needed to get eDP and thus the built in display working.

As with all our Qualcomm patches we have tested it in the field as part
of our concept PPA so I don't expect any regressions for older Qualcomm
hardware.
