* Microsoft tested

[Regression potential]

* Patches largely isolated to MANA specifically. Possibly regression 
could result in unexpected behavior of MANA driver. Other changes in 
ethtool simply added two new parameters. Users of previous versions of 
ethtool could see compatibility issues, but ethtool is being updated to 
account for this as part of the bug.
