[Stonking][PATCH 0/1] Fix Snapdragon X1 laptop keyboard regression

During Beta testing Mitchell found an upstream regression for Snapdragon laptops
breaking the keyboard on some machines.

The breaking change seems to have been introduced in the -7.7 tag through an update
to the latest upstream rc.
