The MokListRT path was refactored to share parsing with MokListXRT.
Before the refactor, MokListRT used get_handler_for_mok(). The refactored
code instead defaults to get_handler_for_db(), which is the handler for
the firmware db and routes certificates to the .platform keyring.
As a result, certificates enrolled through mokutil and MokManager are
loaded into the .platform keyring rather than the .machine keyring. MOK
certificates are intended to be handled as Machine Owner Keys, distinct
from platform certificates originating from the firmware db and KEK.
Restore get_handler_for_mok() as the default handler for MokListRT. The
MokListXRT path continues to select get_handler_for_dbx(), retaining the
EFI MOKvar config table support added for large revocation lists. This
targeted correction avoids reverting that support, which is needed when
a large MokListXRT is split across MokListXRT1, MokListXRT2, and
MokListXRT3.
