The Reason Of Linux Image Pkgs Were Removed From Apt Source

Dear Ubuntu Kernel Team:

This is System Technologies&Engineering team of Bytedance. Sorry for disturbing you to clarify some questions, please help to answer our doubts. Thanks in advance!

1. We have found some linux image 6.14.0 nvidia related pkgs were removed from ports.ubuntu.com/ubuntu-ports recently, such as linux-image/linux-headers of version 6.14.0-1013 and linux-libc-tools of most versions. Which makes a critical impact to us so that we can not do normal integration and flexible deployment on online server. May we know is there any critical issue on them to have to remove or other reason?
2. For Ubuntu official source repo, may we know if there is any policy or rule to remove on source repo? Fixed time ? Or Fixed event trigger?
