[1] There won't be a questing release as series will be EOL by the time
    of release.
[2] For noble, hwe-6.17 kernel will be replaced by hwe-7.0, that is
    `apt update` will install hwe-7.0. But there will still be an update
    for hwe-6.17 and it can be installed with `apt install linux-generic-6.17`
