Rejected for the following reasons:
In the face of increased complexity with longer maintenance and
additional pressure by the additional volume of security issues we have
to limit what we accept as SRU. This set is for enablement and more than
just adding an additional quirk or ID. So we are unable to take it.
But actually that should not be needed either. At least not for
26.04/Resolute. The desktop automatically installs with the HWE stream
enabled. So as soon as a new HWE kernel is available it will be used.
26.10 will likely be 7.2 based and this will continue until 28.04. This
will not help 24.04/Noble but I would not consider this a flaw. New
hardware should better use the latest release anyhow.
