[Impact]
Fix reboot issue on KR260 devices running UC24.04 snap kernels.

[Fix]
Add missing kernel modules to initramfs image.

[Test case]
Built the kernel snap and ran on a KR260 device. Confirmed the image
could boot to the Ubuntu Core configuration and that I could
successfully configure the device. Confirmed the device could boot and I
could log in post configuration.

I tested the image on a KV260 and found it could boot successfully with
the additional initramfs modules present.

[Regression potential]
Minor chance that the additionial modules may conflict with other
AMD devices running the UC24.04 snap.
