Thank you for spotting that!
You're right: even though "linux-modules-iwlwifi-fips" is mentioned in
the description of another package, it is currently not being produced.
That is why you're not able to find it in the ESM archive.
This is an oversight on our part, and we should indeed be producing
linux-modules-iwlwifi-fips. We plan to fix that within the next releases
of the FIPS kernel packages in fips-updates, likely in the next month.
I'll follow up once we have linux-modules-iwlwifi-fips published to the
ESM archive.
