stress-ng fork updated to V0.18.03+

Hello folks,

I have our stress-ng fork updated to V0.18.03 + commits to include build
fix on Bionic s390x, the head is now 365c49412c ("stress-apparmor: constify
variables, fix p wrap overflow using ternary operator").

This version has been tested with different kernels in 2024.08.05 and
s2024.08.05 cycle.

I am now testing V0.18.04 on bare-metal and openstack cloud.
