The patches were a part of v6.10.3 which the next upstream stable
patchset for noble will be based on. Even though it cannot be
guaranteed, I'm confident that the patches will be included in that
patchset, given that they apply cleanly to noble. Most likely the
changes should land in the next SRU cycle. I don't think it'll be
necessary to open a separate launchpad bug for this.
