[Impact]

In drm/amdgpu to fix the ucode out-of-bounds read warning
clear the warning that reads that ucode[] may be out-of-bounds.

This fix affects those who use the AMD gpu CGS (Common
Graphics Services) interface, an issue with this fix would 
be visible to the user via a system crash.
