stress-ng fork updated to V0.18.06+

Hello folks,

I have our stress-ng fork updated to V0.18.046+, the head is now 9ea345f5df
("Makefile: fix machine detection for Ubuntu Bionic s390x VM").

This version has been tested on Openstack with different kernels in
2024.10.28 cycle.
