[SRU][F:aws][PATCH v2 1/1] UBUNTU: [Config] aws: CONFIG_LOG_BUF_SHIFT=18 on all 64bit arches

Align with the changes from LP#1824864. This addresses sporadic failures
in ubuntu_ltp_syscalls (see LP#2085493). Even without those testing, the
update is warranted for the same reasons outlined in LP#1824864.
