[ Impact ]
* The patch "crypto: api - Disallow identical driver names" has been reverted
in mainline and linux-5.4.y but the change has not propagated to Canonical's
focal tree yet.
* Reverting the patch will fix a regression failure in crypto drivers
[ Test Plan]
* Run ubuntu_kselftests_net and confirm tls is properly functioning
[ Where problems could occur ]
* May be other issues with the crypto driver
