* Request from MSFT to set the following config options:

CONFIG_VDPA=m
CONFIG_VDPA_SIM=m
CONFIG_VDPA_SIM_NET=m
CONFIG_VDPA_SIM_BLOCK=m
CONFIG_VHOST_RING=m
CONFIG_VHOST_VDPA=m

[Fix]

* SAUCE patch to enable config options

[Test Plan]

* Compile tested
* Boot tested
* Tested internally, modules were made available

[Regression potential]

* Changes isolated, minimal regression risk
* Configs enabled in Generic, but missing from Azure
