stress-ng fork updated to V0.18.00+

Hello folks,

I have our stress-ng fork updated to ea5b6cd622 (V0.18.00) + commits
for io-uring, sleep and stress-cache test fix. The head is now 5afb941f40
("stress-cache: check RISCV_HWPROBE_EXT_ZICBOZ support for
stress_cache_bzero")

This version has been tested with s2024.04.29 and 2024.06.10 cycle on our
bare-metal, openstack, aws, azure and google cloud.

Also note that this is a known dev stressor issue with N-oem-6.10 VM,
I will follow-up on that particular issue.
