Can you check this page 
https://wiki.ubuntu.com/Kernel/Dev/StablePatchFormat and resubmit?
If you're interested in jammy:linux-hwe-6.5, you need to submit the 
patch for mantic:linux.
It will be automatically applied to jammy:linux-hwe-6.5 from there.
