[Impact]
A potential deadlock could occur in the vmwgfx subsystem when performing
fenced poll operation, leading to system denial of service.

[Backport]
Focal: A negligible context conflict exists due to missing be4f77ac6884
("drm/vmwgfx: Cleanup fifo mmio handling") commit. Backport the fix
commit by ignore the context conflict and apply the changes.

Bionic: Sent to ESM mailing list.
Xenial: Sent to ESM mailing list.

[Test]
Due to lack of proper hardware, only compile and boot testing are
performed.

[Where Problems Could Occur]
Potential regression might occur when vmwgfx users are performing poll
operations.
