The commit "tcp: make sure init the accept_queue's spinlocks once" 
doesn't initialize the icsk spinlocks in inet6_create. This was fixed by 
upstream commit "ipv6: init the accept_queue's spinlocks in 
inet6_create" [1].

It looks to me like we need to include this follow up commit.
