[SRU][Mantic][PATCH 0/1] Enable CONFIG_MTK_IOMMU on arm64

Mediatek platform needs CONFIG_MTK_IOMMU to be enabled, in order to have multimedia and PCIE peripherals functions.

CONFIG_IOMMU_IO_PGTABLE_ARMV7S is also enabled due to configuration dependency. The rest of related dependency configurations are set to disabled by default as before.
