[SRU][J:linux-bluefield][PATCH v1 0/1] UBUNTU: [Config] bluefield: disable MLX5, and vendor drivers.

While backporting devlink series of patch, these drivers show
compile erros. Since we're not using them in bluefield, disable
them. Also remove media drivers as bluefield won't use them.

Totally this patch removes 879 modues, the total modules reduces
from 6769 to 5918.

Note: The devlink series will send as pull request due to
huge number of patches.
