Commit rights for kuba-t-pawlak

Hello,

I'm sending this email to apply to commit rights inside the kernel team 
repos.
I joined Canonical a year ago, since then I have cranked 16 public 
kernels packages [1].
I also contributed 5 commits in rt-hints [2], 1 into 
adt-matrix-hints[3], 5 pull requests in kteam-tools[4], created a hwe 
derivative (linux-s32) with 20 cranks [5], and its customer specific 
sub-derivative (linux-s32-eb) with 5 cranks [6]. I also created 
linux-capilano with 6 cranks [7] and manage a kernel snap recipe to 
release it to the store [8]. Lastly released once hwe kernel linux-ti-eb [9]

I would like to have commit access because I believe I fulfilled the 
requirements to join the committers team.
