ACK/Cmnt: [PATCH 0/3][j/l/m linux-azure] Azure: Deprecate Netvsc and implement MANA direct

Patch 1 doesn't apply directly to lunar & mantic linux-azure because the 
newer kernels use eth_hw_addr_set instead of memcpy. LGTM assuming 
that's resolved on application.
