[Impact]

There are new firmware versions available for MTL, which contain undisclosed
fixes.

[Fix]

Multiple commits from upstream linux-firmware repository.

[Test Case]

Install the update, test on MTL that things keep working at least the same as
before. Verified on Intel MTL-P RVP and an ongoing oem MTL platform.

[Where problems could occur]

MTL is a new platform being enabled, these do not affect any shipping hardware.

[Other Info]

Lunar is omitted as it doesn't have support for MTL, while jammy does via
oem-6.5.
