[Impact]
This is extending support for the Time Coordinated Computing driver on the
Tiger Lake, Elkhart Lake, Alder Lake, Ice Lake, and Raptor Lake platforms.

[Fix]
The required patches where provided by the Intel IOT group.

[Test Plan]
I have tested this on different Alder lake platforms, and Intel has tested
in more thoroughly.  It will also go through the RT testing performed by
our QA team.

[Where problems could occur]
As this is extending functionality, or adding support for a new platform,
risk for existing platforms should be minimal.
