Generally the BugLink references appear to be slightly randomly placed. 
I would potentially bring them all into a standard place when applying. 
Also #06 contains the BugLink twice and I would say the short backport 
note is enough there. Same comment about #11
Since this submission was neglected for a while I would make those 
adjustments on the fly while applying.
